Re: A bit of help for ex-Charlotte's
Christophe, since Ian claims it was originally metallic blue that would be a fairly rare colour perhaps deserving of returning to. Can you tell me the paint code stamped on the badge (left door hingepost). Christophe - there certainly used to be a few traces of the original colour under the other l...

Re: A bit of help for ex-Charlotte's
Still one of my favourite drives - the trip down (& back) to CLM 2006 in the company of several other DDK cars/drivers including some pretty impressive (bare-footed) driving by Charlotte in this car (when it was still only 2.0 litre) ... It wasn't a 2.0 though Andy - the tear-down by Mik...

Re: A bit of help for ex-Charlotte's
Charlotte's car was the first short wheelbase car I ever saw, with cream upholstery if I remember correctly ? Aga blue ? I thought the car was Albert Blue but either way the contrast of the outside with the inside was really very nice, a really lovely car. I know lots of folk here on DDk will remem...

Re: Back in beige
Please promise you'll never give up on this one Jamie - reading your musings as you continue on your journey is something I look forward to and as Darren says, that image down the side of your car looks sharp. Really sharp.
The car looks great in beige too!

I've been 'lurking' for a while and reading this daily Mark - enjoy your 'new' car; it's brilliant what you've achieved and I'm sure it will continue to give you many, many more years service.

The Innovate wideband O2 sensor kits are £124 on eBay from lots of sources, so you could have yourself £30 or so here too. Just sold most of my stuff; didn't think MS was the way you were planning to go when I listed it.

I have a complete EDIS-6 (trigger wheel, VR sensor, coil pack and ECU + tails) kit if you'd like to save yourself say £25 on this bit? I also have a second EDIS-6 brain for if you ever went twin spark
