which grease to use ?
I am cleaning up my steering rack and want to top up the amount of grease on the rack, is there a particular type to use? I have some general CL grease at home or I think the local Halfords sells LM type, would either of these be correct? Also I will be rebuilding the front and rear bearings, so aga...

OK here goes, these should be 3 pictures of the Bray units They are each £52 for the metal case and a further £17.67 for the wiring and the rear plastic plate, all plus the evil VAT I think they are pretty fair value they are US spec so mods are needed for Euro configuration, or just wire the sideli...

hi me again.... whats the best way to clean the aluminium front wheel hubs from my car so far have achieved a reasonable finish with a bucket of hot water, a toothbrush and a bottle of Swarfega "oil and grease remover" and a sharp scalpel for the stubborn bits.....they are 34 years old aft...

ah yes, that'll be mine then..... :oops: have metioned it to a few of the DDKers that meet at the Fairmile but what with all the debate about back dating of original 2.7 Carreras sometimes tending towards keeping the original bumber configuration I thought I'd lie low for a while :wink: must say.......
