Re: 1973 911 E RHD - Gemini Blue
Looking good Tom. I can’t read the dyno sheet though as the pic is too low res, what’s the numbers ? Shows torque around 176 and max bhp 205. Thought this looed low in terms of the max torque but good on output. Not sure? As the chains stretch the torque will probably increase as the cam timing cha...

Re: 1973 911 E RHD - Gemini Blue
Hi Tom
Must be great to see it all coming together after what must have been a bumpy ride. Engine looks like its giving very healthy output well into the 200Hp.
Who built the engine Tom?
Kind Regards

Re: Changing flexi fuel pipe at rear of 911T
I’ve just changed both flexible fuel lines from the hard tunnel to the fuel filter in the engine bay on a MFI car without removing the engine and box. Bit of a scrap with access but nothing too bad.

Re: Abu Dhabi GP
I believe the rules said that the lapped cars should be removed but to say one thing and then do another! It was all a bit too engineered for the race finish they wanted. The rule says ALL lapped cars are to un-lap themselves when its safe to do so, and once done the safety car will come in the fol...

Wow, there's a real look of almost there with the dash. Have you connected the battery and got something to light up yet, I've found that a real milestone before. Not yet, too many lose wires kicking around at the minute, I fear the smoke may escape from the wires if I go too soon :) Definitely som...

Re: New Car Woes - 1
Hi Jason Sorry to hear about your woe's. I would think that the rubber hose is leaking due to the jubilee clip crushing the original oil line. These line are quite soft. As a temporary repair and if you could get access could you not fit a tube support into the hard oil line to prevent the line from...
