I dont want to hijack my own thread, but this calls for a "Whats the best Detector" question....

don't they need video evidence if there is only 1 officer in the car ? If you had cruise set to 80, surely you must have been actually doing no more that 77mph ( assuming the usual speedo over-read ) .... don't they still use the 10% rule ? On my Merc, indicated cruise control speed is usually only...

As for ow to pronounce RUF - I've always said it like Roof. But I could be wrong.

Police in Utah let these guys go as fast as they can and get a certificate of their recorded speed.
