Thanks for the info, so it looks like nice pair "cheap" seats from Cobra and a nice set of mounting plates from Southbound.

Hi McDArcy
Just a quick question (before I spend my hard earned cash  ), are the mounting brackets/plates in the photos of charlie's and your car the ones that Cobra now sell? It's just they look a lot like the post 73 type fixing (but then, I guess they would! ).

Hi All Maybe this post should be in Past Events or 911, but all this talk of the humble 2.4t has got me to but pen to paper or finger to keyboard. Well I've just got my "t" (Charlie) back from a 12,000 mile service (+ much TLC to engine, distrib. carbs and well, the whole of the car really...

Hi all
I've owned (loved) a few old alfas and done my level best to kill myself in some insane caterhams. That kind of makes me an alfa cat (man)!

Obvious really

Hi Vincent
My late 72 Italian "t" is also sans outside filler, I'm no expert but after the factorys summmer shut down (August I think) cars are considered 73 model year!
Cue for a real expert to fill in the finer detail or correct my lack of knowlage (please do).
