What great support there is in DDK. That is so good a response. Brings back memories when i put my 3.2 with 3.2/915 box into my 73T. Got my 73 shafts/CV's to fit the box using turbo flanges from Brian Woodward's Aladin Cave of parts 15 years ago. Rare then. I think the later (smaller gasket) CV's w...

Where did you get the Flatfan conversion from? Was it one you had made or did you find a place that does a kit, I've seen them talked about and seen links to sites where they are still in the 'development' stage but never seem to have got anywhere or they just cost lots and lots of ££££££££££££££ :s...

Re: Tracing Race car history

after that I will have to decide what body style and paint scheme I'm going to end up with. I'd leave well alone. It looks cool like that. 8) I'll second that, and with the car's history, it should be kept the same. Where's it been for the last 18 years? What spec engine is in it now? The article w...

Thanks Mike,

Apparently the previous owner did that and got limited info, I shall also be trying just to see what I can find out.

No real reason to know anything, just interested in the history.

Thanks again

Tracing Race car history

I bought a new car over the weekend, the previous owner has done a bit of searching and seems to think that the car has some previous race history but was unable to find any race pictures or solid proof. He has promised to send on all the information he has dug up but for now all I have is the spons...
