Like Hillclimber, I"ve got Dunlop Blue Response 195/65/15 on my 911E, fit perfectly. My car was equipped with 185x14s. Tyres are perfect.

I talked of changing the bushings.

Just had my batteries die, and I think the car takes 2 x Bosch S4008 sized batteries.

Went back through my old invoices, previous batteries were purchased in 2007 (trickle charger/conditioner worked well), and are 063 sized.

Does anyone have experience with reproduction wheels? Anything to look out for or avoid? Seems an Italian repro wheel can be had for a lot less than refurbing a Fuchs wheel.

Could be very wrong here, but I think the wire sizes used on these early cars won't take a big hike in current draw, stand to be corrected. Was out last night, car is LHD, with LHD H1 EU lamps.

The low beams have been adjusted to a flat beam, and I'm running them through H4 RHD glass.

Lighting isn't all that good, are there any suggestions as to what I can do to improve forward vision?
