I was first booked unsurprisingly! If you have a room you are automatically booked for dinner at 2000 and breakfast at 0730 on Sunday ( drive to megaphonincs leaves at 0830) About a month befor event the hotel will send a dinner menu which we’ll circulate- you’ll need to preselect your meal choices ...

We're nearly there guys- our negotiated rates show a massive discount on their "best possible rate" which is what you would be quoted if you phone individually - = Double over £350 dinner bed and breakfast! I'm just sorting final agreement - once done- Spit or I will PM those who have aske...
