There are times when I wonder why I elected to have the summer off and do stuff in winter. fog lights and horns fitted today. Fog lights have new lenses, seals, LED bulbs and plated fittings. They were a massive PITA to fit.......

Headlamp motors cleaned (I am still shifting Olympic blue overspray off parts), bench tested and fitted. I forgot to take my camera with me......

A few hours in the workshop this weekend. Fitted new brakes pipes, good ridge hoses (thanks to Green Ernie). I have also rebuild the brake compensator thingy. I did contemplate fitting it as was. Happy 2019! I can't believe it is 9 months since my last update. I blame a broken camera, a fabulous summer which meant it was way to warm too be inside, breakages of other cars (three alternators on 3 cars in one year!) and a house move. So, 2019 is the 50th anniversary of the 914. I guess I should...

Targets for 2019 are;

Finish my 914 (third year I have said it will be finished...)

Use my 964 far more often (but not let that distract me from the 914)
