It made me genuinely very sad to read this.

I think a lot of us, have had our problems of late with them and suspected all was not well. Still a sad day for the British Kit-Car industry.

Anybody hear any more on the various aspects of this i.e. were the passengers ok, what ramifications did the accident have?

I think on the whole, I no likee! Only thing I think looks good, are the door panels amd front lights but, then again, why make something look modern that looks ven better old?

Purely my best guess. They could possibly be Martin & Walker ones. I say this only because the profile of the section that bolts under the car on the front bumper looks very similar to the one on the photo of a bumper Barrie of M & W sent me. The Chesil (if you can get them............ahem!!...

Anybody out there actually still building a speedster replica. My suspicion is that there may still be a good few in the process of getting built, but very few being started from scratch.
