If your setting up multi barrel carbs buy or borrow a proper air flow guage. This is the 'snail' type not the unisync type. It makes the idle screw and linkage set up very easy and saves hours. Smoothrite chips real easy, avoid it where there is impact from stones etc.

POR15 is good on previously rusty areas but because it's really thin it doesn't cover well on new steel.
