Pleased to say the mileage has piled on recently. Well, in the context of the last 18mths anyway. Popping out for a loaf of bread has been a particular favourite in the Cotswolds, it's amazing how far you have to go to find an open shop. That has obviously also given me the opportunity to use the ca...

This is easy. Sell 991 GT3 RS for gargantuan profit. Buy a 996 GT3 for thrills then send 2.4S to your choice of one-stop-shop specialist along with your fattened cheque book with an instruction to deliver a restored road car. . Advise them only on paint colour. Simples.

It also comes with 10 hand written pages of engineers notes. £400 a page, rivals that silly money RS book. Anyway back on topic. Re: LED headlights - now cost effective option.
I went with the Nolden ones via RPM Technik, built into some spare H4 buckets I had lying around, with new chrome adjustor rings from Eric at Autoforeign. They are properly bright - not quite as bright as my M5, but not a million miles off. Excellent. Clear lenses, which I think look cool but those...

And another one whose communication and commitment make one wonder how they remain in business as one of the 'names'. This is one area in which Autof...
