Just so we have some facts down : tubeless .. 1972 onwards 6X15 'flat fuch'' type have the bead so run tubeless 72 onwards 911's run same basic geometry ( all interchangeable to 89 ) . torsion bars at the from same size ( 19mm) from '64 - 85 torsion bars rear same size ( 23mm) '64 - '80 Anti roll ba...

Dougal, the suspension on the impact bumper car is fundamentally the same me as the 73 car … I don’t disagree the correct 185/70 is desirable especially aesthetically , but having run a quality 195/65 for over 20 years on my 73 2.4s it works really well on these cars .
