SOLD: Early 911/912 Green Gauge Clock - working!
Hi, I have 1x green gauge clock for sale. The clock has been tested and is working. I've tried to take pictures that represent the condition of the gauge - the chrome bezel is pitted, the glass looks a bit scratched, it could also do with a good clean. The date code on the back look as though it's 4...

Re: aircooled daily driver sought
Have been watching this thread with interest - love threads like these! Sounds like there's going to be a run on 993s as I'm after one too! After selling my 912 back in June, I was after something a bit different to replace it... The search started with Cayman S, and as good as these cars are, I dec...

TV, Endeavour: Everest BBC4
I caught the first episode of this series on iPlayer this evening - fantastic documentary on BBC4 about a British expedition in the 70's to be the first to canoe down the river that runs off Everest. Amazingly shot with some great 'on-board' footage - no GoPro's here though! Dangerous too......

Re: Best way to approach sale
Hi Phil, I've just made a similar move. Sold my 912 after 8 years of ownership - I wasn't getting the time to drive it, in part due to 18 month old son, plus we have another on the way. I was sad to see her go, but at the same time, have some great memories! It took me about 6 months to really commi...

Re: O/T Smart TV
I've got iPlayer installed on mine and it works really well. It's connected wirelessly, so I think I'd probably get even better results over a wired connection (but I'd need to get a ethernet adapter for it and start running cables, which at this point seems unnecessary. As you've probably seen, the...
