I don't know Dave - sounds like an interesting chap though.

Lee is getting cracking with the engine - just bought a new cam from Auto Atlanta. It's going to be a standard (ish) build, on Weber 44's.

Hi - thanks for the offer, but I've already got a set of 914Rubber bumper tops ordered, and I prefer the look of steel.

Still looking!

Cheers

WTB: 914 Steel front bumper and 4X dog bone spacers

I'm backdating my bumpers on my late model US car to the earlier steel bumpers.

I have a rear bumper but I need the front bumper too and a set of 'dog bone' spacers to go with.

It will be painted body colour so poor chrome / finish is fine.

Cheers,

Matt.

Re: New member - 75' 2ltr 914 resto project in East Sussex

As you can see from the pics, I've started to strip her down, and I'm delighted to say I'm yet to find any perforations or rust. The windscreen pillars and where they meet the wings look a bit sketchy but the floors and hell hole are all rust free. The front and rear trunk both still have original p...

Hi Jonny
It was Lee who recommended DDK to me - he does a great job of looking after my 997.

I love the sound of a Tesla powered 914. If you’re over at Octane pop in for a cuppa, I’m half a mile up the hill.

New member - 75' 2ltr 914 resto project in East Sussex

Hi all,

I'm just starting out on a restoration of a late model 914, based in East Sussex.

Looking forward to getting stuck in!
