OP, I had my wheels rebalanced the 'Static' way with the weights applied as close to the centre line of the wheel as possible (the weights were previously on the inside edge of the wheel), per Dougal's advice, and this fixed the balancing problem for me. His advice resolved my wheel wobbling woes.
