Very helpful. Do you know how far the stone chip should go? For example is it in all of the front compartment and all of the engine bay or only up to half way?
Is there a type of black paint preferred when doing the visible areas of the dash etc?

I have a stripped shell ready for paint and just a pit concerned about getting it all done right. I think on the 69 there engine and front compartment were black (is there a paint code?) also the dash but is not sure about the internal area.
