1955 356 Pre-A 'Continental' Fender Badge
Can anyone help? I'm desperate to find a set of Continental fender emblems...even one will do and I can get a repro fabricated. I would even be happy with a pencil rubbing of a badge with some dimensions and I can still get one made from that. Sierra Madre are out of stock of the repro's and not get...

Re: 519 Gearbox Rebuild
What an awesome sequence of steps and tips for a 519 rebuild! Its immensely helpful as I'm about to rebuild a 519 transmission for my pre-A, only issue is my transmission is in a box full of parts rather that arriving pre-built...wish me luck! I'll post pictures when (if) I'm successful. One thing, ...

Edition 918 Spyder: 997 turbo S cabriolet
Hi, I'm thinking of selling Number 025 of this extremely limited edition. It's a basalt black metallic cabriolet. I've been unofficially told by Porsche that is it the only RHD cabriolet in the country and that there are only three of these cars officially in the UK, with the other two bring coupes....

HELP!!!! 356 Pre-A torsion frame repair
Hi, I bought a '55 coupe last year, which had been turned into a VW/Porsche hotrod. The rear torsion frame had been removed and the torsion frame housing had been chopped about. Does anyone have a template of the panel that I can get please? Or does anyone know where I might get one fabricated? I'm ...

Re: Fuel gauge for a '55 coupe
Hi Mike,
Yes I also need the sender. It's an early '55 (US "continental") so I'm guessing it needs a pneumatic type. I'll have to check with my mechanic.
I'm putting it back to original, from a modified hot rod.
Thanks for the reply.
