Good luck ur with the best 911 body builder in Europe Has done 71 and 73=for me over last 20 years first one still going strong and last finished recently Panelfits to die for………..if ur bored page62 December classic Porsche has good pictures of a metallic blue car…………don’t bother too much with text ...

Most likely what everyone has posted,however with an S at a standstill heat rising from twin pipes running along drivers sill when thermostat open is hot !

I had the pleasure of visiting the charming mr coulton when it was stored at the end of his drive requiring a little tic it drove and stopped amazingly well…….the glaverbel and been replaced with wrong gauge glass and with the prospective buyer noted resprayed several times and lots done by auto far...

Sorry to say no knowledge of Fend factory or family in my day I could tell some of the history ,like why bombed feb 23 Rd as the factories were making parts for weapons ………the whole place was flattened and the rubble went to one of the 4 mountains surrounding the town post war………..the jewellery fact...

Fwiw I lived in Der Goldstat late ‘60 s……….I worked in several factories for training,Starck ,Breuning ,TH Muller………..a manufacturer of watch bands ran a formula v, think the factory was fixoflex……..hardly relevant but there was a fantastic model car club in the centre of town with huge slot racing ...

Had same for a while …….always closed on second try or with thump
Obviously u think motor strong ,if clutch not past it’s best?
Finally had some time and took roof out ……..interior lining had curled up ,not normally visible……..straightened out and now fastest roof in the world
