It's been a while since I last posted here... for the past four years my car [1966 Coupe] has been in the shop for a complete restoration. It's coming tantalisingly close, but COVID has slowed things down a lot...
Now I'm trying to work out how to upload images...

Wow: the result is pretty fantastic and it is great to see a tally of what you've spent. Most people shy away from that and to me, it's one of the most important things. And I think you're right that the end result is worth more that you've spent... excluding your time, of course!

Fantastic read... I am in Canada with my SWB '66 coupe, but hail from the Borders so this story has great resonance with me on so many levels. Fantastic work guys and I truly hope that the car ends up going to someone with the love and the money that the restoration will take!
