I think these were on 914's, I am after a pair of light 4 x 130 4.5j wheels if anyone has anything. Dont care too much about condition,

Hi All,
Looking for a good original black door top (the vinyl cap on the inside) for a 71 rh door, I have a repro one but it isnt a great fit and want to replace it, PM if you have anything

....the conclusion was the alternator was ok, but when the voltage regulator warmed up it stopped outputting correct voltage. So new voltage regulator and all good.

Thanks Jonny, I took my alternator out and had it checked and it was putting out 14v, the chap cleaned it up and saw 14.1 and good output. He asked about the voltage regulator, so I started Googling the voltage regulator and found and early 911s article that Marchal alternators should have Marchal v...

Hi All, Just checking my alternator as I am not convinced it is working ok... So I get the red light on the dash when the key is turned before starting and on starting it goes out. Ages ago I purchased a Porsche celebration stick 1969/70 - Marken Weltmesier. Many years later my 71s is finished and I am doing final touches! (once I fix the CV joint!) - where does this sticker go, and where do I get the 2.2 sticker that you see in a lot of cars?
