Sounds reasonable priced, I think I'll go at £7.5K to be honest. I'd sit tight and wait for summer to kick in fully if I were you. Yes the market is flooded, but there is a lot of crappy cars around (I've seen most of them) I wouldn't worry too much about 'high mileage' anyone who knows about the M9...
