The only problem that you will face with ebays current rules are that the buyer will always have the right to leave negative feedback even if he never has been in contact with you!!! The seller has cannot leave bad feedback even in a case like yours which is comical as it lets fake bidders like this...

Imo Total Head turners shoud be putting up a bit more than £250 as that doesnt get you much in Aircooled engines these days!!

If you do intend to rebuild the engine then give me a shout and ill refurb the cylinder head for you whilst their off.
