Sorry, I do not have one. Could have sworn I had one over from a few engine builds, but no.
This was all a long time ago in the mid 90's so memory fading.

No worries thanks for trying

Engine mount
There is a plate bolted to the back of the engine - it covers the fan belt and the main cradle to mount the engine bolts onto it. I need one for a 72 car. Anyone got one they will part with and anyone know what the plate is commonly known as. Cant seem to find one on any search. Thanks

How long are they and are they simply there to mount the carrier plate? Mine have been welded to the carrier so I will ...

Re: 72 911T engine and gearbox refit
Gap A exists when the rear mounts are bolted in tight and the gearbox mount is bolted in tight - that is why I am perplexed!!! - when looking from the back of the car the engine mounting bar is not level - its higher on the right hand side. the engine mounts car crossmember are the same on both side...

Re: 72 911T engine and gearbox refit

I took it out again and noticed the mounting bracket is higher on the right than the left therefore creating the gap a A. Any ideas? Is the mounting bracket knackered? I ...
