Any stray bits of wool you can't get out will soon get spat out on the blast up the M1 on Sunday :)

Oh... :) slightly off... I seem to remember when I changed these on mine I took the UJ assembly out then pressed (using a bench vice and appropriate sockets) out the pin the runs across between the two bushes. You can then fit the new bushes from inside the joint. They can be lined up then carefully...

There is some company in Australia that lengthens the wheelbase and puts a Lexus LS400 V8 in them... I considered it for my old MX5 I had a few years ago when it went over 250000 miles... Sold it to a mate in the end, the sills were rusting! Great little car, hairdresser tag only appl...

MX5 has the engine at the wrong end
Change the valve timing to make the engine run backwards, put the body tub on back to front, make it front drive, can't see the problem

Excellent news!! 8) 8) Good to see another early 911 cough back into life.

Surprised the fuel went off in only 5 months, but hey it's going now! Just don't leave it more than a week without running it... No good technical reason, just inspires you to get the rest of the car finished

They even canned the soapbox racing this year on some flimsy safety related whim.... :( :( I looked after the Prodrive leaning soapbox a couple of years ago, a great occasion, our driver only crashed at 60mph, can't see what they were worrying about!  http://img.photobucket.com/albums/...
