I think its the same guy who turned up at the Portsmouth Historical dockyard visit by Region 17 PCGB..... He lives near Andover. I didn't get to see the car, but it looks good from 10ft away, not sure it was a rep or not. The sight of 19 Porsches going down the M27 was impressive, but all post 1973....

fuel smell

It must rise from the tank, into this expansion box... and I wouldn't have thoug...

1972 targa
Just wanted to say my car is sold.... to a nice French guy, who lives in Le Mans, right on the circuit, between Arnage and Porsche Curves. He has a grandstand seat from his garden wall.
Gone to a good home, now to my next Porsche challenge.
Cheers

Boxster intermediate shaft failure
Barry, My Golf professional has just experienced the same on a 2001 2.7 Boxster. I looked online at Autofarm and found out the price of a "new" engine from Porsche £7K-£8K+VAT. Autofarm charge about the same to repair/enlarge the capacity. Whats the car worth as is... probably not more tha...

Laon 2009
Tom, Thanks for the link... good photos, got to agree, the 8C looked and sounded fantastic. Had to crawl back at 60 MPH.... car kept misfiring at over 3000 RPM. Simple fault... the cobbled roads had made the coil connection work loose, fixed today and all 6250 Rpms are now available.... Good weekend...

unused pipes
Hi, Not being one of the most knowledgable ones on this Site, I can however identify the large pipework as redundant Charcol filter pipes from a US spec car ?? Mine has the same redundant pipes... you should also find the front of these pipes in the front boot. The Charcol system was used to further...
