FS Replica 3.0 RS whaletail

I have changed to a ducktail on my car so have a whaletail for sale. I would love to keep it but need the garage space. Its GrandPrix white with black painted GRP "rubber lip" (Bolted on so not a one piece like an IROC) Heres a pic.. just to add, it has the second vent which you cant quite...

Aha.. thanks for the info Ozzie-Pete. That is indeed what the problem was. The wheels did indeed come off another RSR apparently and what a pain it must be to change tyres... hence I am getting a set of Fuchs replicas instead. I am sticking with the short bonnet/ ducktail as I think its pretty cool ...

1973-ish RSR-ish 911 so far..

Sooo.. here we are a few months later, slowly getting there with car and here are few pics so far. I am playing with a ducktail I got off ebay cheaply, and think it only makes the flared arches look wider and the car gains a very aggresive stance. Ducktail rear with a short bonnet front.... I have s...

From what I can sense, they seem a good product. I have them on my shortlist to buy the bits I need when I get around to refreshing my suspension. As a porsche newbie, I like the fact they have set-up packages for what ever you need... hence no mixing and matching with potentially incompatible parts...

Yep, I saw them too... I asked for pricing on a set of 9"/11" for my RSR replica and they come out quite cheap. 444,44 euros (9") and 527,72 euros (11") respectively apiece.. add 16% spanish VAT and shipping they still end up at 1400£ for a set..I mean cheap as respective to orig...

Got my RS carpet from them.. I agree though... all the UK outlets seem to want stupid money for RS carpet and RS doorcards.. so sod them considering the strong exchange rate.

http://www.wwclassics.com/ Heres where I got my seats from, he claims he is the sole importer of these to the UK from the factory. I am in the process of RS-ing my interior and looked at getting them from the US considering the strong dollar rate, but in the end it wasnt competitive I presume due to...

WTD: Bolt-in Roll bar or harness bar

Anybody got a bolt-in roll cage or harness bar gathering dust somewhere?

I need it for a 1973 911 Coupe and hopefully has a harness bar fitted to it.

If not a plain harness bar to fit shoulder harnesses to would also do.

Cheers,
Carsten

Well, going by pelican parts parts diagrams, it seems they are two differnet upper steering column part numbers. So my guess would be I cant swap them. I have taken a chance and bought a boss for a 74+ car and will fit it some time next week when home.

post and pre- 1974 steering colomns?

Hiya, As a first point of my RS interior for my 3.0RS replica, I have just bought a Momo Prototipo wheel for it and with it the required boss. My problem is that my car is a 1972 chassis but has been rebuildt interiorwise as an 80's touring/comfort spec with, amongst other things a 3 spoke steering ...
