Hi Paul, I am pleased you chimed in. You having owned, and then built a replica of an authentic S-T, I would be interested to hear how the two cars compared. How similar were they in the end as far as handling and performance are concerened, or were they characteristicaly very different? Are there a...

Curious to see what an S-T looks like with minilites all round. Nick, you might know what size those minilites are, maybe even offset/backs...

What does this mean?

Hi, Anyone out there got a copy of Porsche 911 Restoration Manual by Peter Morgan and Lindsay Porter handy? In the Production Modification chapter page 245 in the September 1970 paragraph, a reference to chassis# 9110100088 is made. I can't figure out what the reference here is, and since that happe...

Nick, I like the photo. Which colour do you prefer, if they are indeed different. They look very similar to me. I saw an RS2.7 rep in Mexico Blue the other day. It was very nice... Satan, I just missed out on free useful information from Herr Noack. I emailed him about two months ago when I noticed ...

I'll contact PCGB. BTW How does the pastel blue on your T compare with your old 3.0 RSR rep(Mexico?) My car's...

1970 911T History

Hi, as I mentioned in the 'new members' forum, I have an English delivered '70T. I am in the procces of tracing its Australian history and now I need some advice as to how to search out its English history. I don't know where to begin, maybe the offical importer. Who would that have been in '69/'70?...

Hello

Glad to say that after lurking behind the scenes for some time, I am now a DDKr, and feel that I can put to good use your collective knowledge of all things 911 in a guiltless fashion :) Hopefully I can contribute as well.... I am fortunate enough to ...
