I'm now on my 2nd set of Pirelli P6000 N1 on 7&8s, 195/65/15 and 215/60/15. Driven 40k miles of mainly continental motoring in all weathers. No problems at all, good grip. Last year the 215/60/15 N1 became NLA, but now the P6000 N2 version is on the market for both 195/65/15 and 215/60/15 in a s...

That's right, there is also a suggestion from the factory that the best engines and gearboxes were held back for the 74 cars, which might explain why the 74s are a bit faster and preferred by the connoisseur.
