Particlarly like the 'stealth' front plate - looks so much better than slapping the sticker on the bonnet - I will be copying this idea

Hi Ian Basically yes , the torsion bar slides into the splines inside the spring plate. They can get a bit sticky over time , but will push out. If so , take the covers off (4 bolts) , then get a pry bar behind the spring plate , and use this to lever the spring plate away from the body - depending how long it is since they were last out , they will either pop right out , or...
