Hi Steven

Yes, I think so ...... see http://www.vw-online.co.uk/acatalog/356_C.jpg

Mine is a '64C but I think the Drivers Manual is same for all C's ?

Cheers

356C Drivers/Owners Manual - Sorted, thanks Steven

Does anyone have a copy of a 356C Drivers Manual I can beg, borrow, steal, or even buy ! ?

I'm not looking for a pristine collectors item, but just a copy to read ..... tatty, torn, oily fingerprints no problem.

Even just a photocopy would be great.

Anybody ?

TIA

Thanks to all for the info ...... looks like I'll probably have to rebuild !

I'm not up on suppliers for 914 parts yet ....
Roger Bray seems to have rebuild kits on his website ..... any suggestions for other 914 parts suppliers gratefully received.

Thanks

It could be the flexible hoses but it could also be the handbrake arm rachet mechanisms in the calipers.........
Not sure what goes on inside these particular calipers ...... is a rebuild straightforward ?? ....... Anybody got an exploded diagram ?

Thanks

914 Rear Brake Caliper Problems

When I imported my '74 914 from the US, one of the rear brake calipers was binding badly, so the car was pushed into the garage and I got on with other jobs. Eventually I have got around to trying to sort the problem with no luck ! With handbrake cables disconnected, I have set the venting gaps seve...
