Hi Andrew, best of luck with the ride. I will be doing the NC500 the same week and will keep my eyes out for you. It’s a great cause and as Keith has already said, a horrible disease. I’ll head off via your link now. P. Hi Peter, are you biking or driving ? We start on Saturday 4th September from I...

Re: North Coast 500 Multiple Sclerosis charity ride on 4th S
Done. A very worthy cause. MS is a horrible, horrible disease. Cheers Keith, top man. Looking forward to meeting some of the MS support groups that are coming out to meet the group along the way. Like Parkinsons it is often a degenerative disease where the worsening of symptoms happens in discrete ...

For what it is worth I have sold about 24 genuine Fuchs wheels over he last 12 months or so, so a fair measure on current prices. Flat and Deep 6's, 7's, 8's. All straight and no damage or kerb rash. Prices have varied between £300 and £500/wheel excluding value of any tyres and minus any fees. £300...

Re: Set of 67/68S heads
Well I was under the clear impression that '67 and '68S heads had 36/35 ports. Just checked 2 reference books of Porsche Engine data and they say the same. I've had '68T or L heads before and they had 32/32 ports but measured more like 33mm. I note you say yours measure 33/35mm. Maybe the larger exh...

Re: Set of 67/68S heads
Thanks for that. They are not for me, so I will pass it on to person I was enquiring for. Not sure if he is now sorted. They are '68L or T heads. All heads got the previous '67s valve sizes for '68. The 33mm inlet port sizes confirm they are '68L or T, not S heads. S heads with their bigger inlet po...

Re: Chris Flavell ...
God rest your soul Chris, I've just leant about it this evening. What a shock. I knew Chris really well and I'm really upset. In fact I had called him on the phone last 3 Saturdays as I was supposed to be going down to collect a load of parts off him. Couldn't understand why his answering machine wa...
